The Palazzo Las Vegas

Although it’s technically the sister property to the world-class Venetian Hotel and Casino, the Palazzo Las Vegas has made a name for itself as an award-winning all-suite resort in its own right since it opened its doors in late 2007. The Palazzo Hotel has won acclaim not only for its luxurious accommodations and amenities, but also for the level of service that the staff here are willing to show their guests at every turn. In addition to that, from incredible live shows and gourmet dining to some of the hottest nightlife in Las Vegas, there aren’t many properties on the Strip that can compare to Palazzo when it comes to keeping guests thoroughly entertained.

Located at the intersection of Las Vegas Boulevard and Sands Avenue, the Palazzo Resort is an architectural wonder that pays tribute to European elegance. The Palazzo hotel has all of the creature comforts that you would expect from a 5-star hotel, along with a complete casino located on the main floor and an atrium that features a dramatic, two-story water fountain to greet guests as they arrive for their check-in. The atrium is also home to a garden that is changed periodically in order to celebrate the seasons and upcoming holidays in a most elaborate fashion. Guests of the Palazzo hotel will love that they have access to the Venetian’s beautiful pool deck and can arrange for treatments in the world-famous Canyon Ranch SpaClub.

Palazzo Casino

As well as having all of the most popular slot machines and table games in the casino, the Palazzo has a Race and Sports Book near the main floor and Imperial Baccarat. It’s also possible to place your bets in total luxury at Legasse’s Stadium as you enjoy fantastic food from celebrity chef Emeril Legasse and catch all your favorite games on over 100 screens that are all visible from every seat in the house.

Suites at the Palazzo Hotel

Every room in the Palazzo tower is a suite and the hotel prides itself on offering more room to its guests than any other hotel on the Strip. All of the suites are tastefully decorated and fully-equipped with a safe, a minibar and remote-controlled shades and curtains for the windows. Guests enjoy automatic perks like complimentary valet parking and in-suite wi-fi in order to ensure that every visitor feels like a VIP throughout their stay.

In the Luxury Suites, a sunken living room and king-sized bed are standard issue, as is a 32” flat-screen LCD high-definition TV. There’s also plenty of seating for you and your guests, including a dining table that can seat three and an L-shaped sofa in a plush plum-colored sofa. The bathroom has a vanity with seating, double sinks and a Roman tub with a separate shower. As if that wasn’t enough, there’s also a separate water closet with a telephone to allow for absolute privacy.
Book a stay in the Bella Suites for all of the same accommodations, but with the comfort and convenience of two queen-sized beds instead of the single king-sized option.

If you’re looking for a more customized experience, then you’ll definitely want to upgrade to Prestige at the Palazzo, a one-of-a-kind service that can improve your entire stay at the hotel. You’ll have access to a private check-in desk and personal concierge service, as well as a packing and unpacking service upon your arrival and departure. Prestige level bookings also receive complimentary Continental breakfast daily, afternoon coffee and tea service and appetizers in the late afternoon. A nightly cocktail hour in the Prestige Lounge is just another one of the perks that comes with this extra service. For an extra charge, you can also arrange for a private meeting space, the morning papers to be delivered and flowers for your suite. There’s even a Prestige pillow menu to choose from in case the ones in your room aren’t quite up to your standards.

Dining Options

Outside the doors of your suite, you’ll find an endless array of things to do at the Palazzo, from hitting the clubs to eating in some of Las Vegas’ finest restaurants. Fine dining restaurants located within the hotel include CUT, a steakhouse owned by renowned chef Wolfgang Puck that has garnered 4-stars from AAA and been recognized as one of the best in the city. There’s also Table 10 by Emeril Legasse, which presents dishes based on his culinary training in the American South.

Less formal eateries can also be easily found throughout the Palazzo, including Grimaldi’s, a pizzeria that serves up delicious New York-style pizza and calzones. ZINE Noodles Dim Sum is another great spot to grab a bite, especially if you’re in the mood for Pan-Asian cuisine like nothing you’ve had before. Finally, i♥burger puts an inventive spin on old favorites and it doesn’t end with hamburgers. There’s also a lively breakfast menu that features a range of classic recipes with an unexpected twist to leave your taste buds reeling with pleasure.

Nightlife and Shopping at the Palazzo Las Vegas

When you’re done with dinner and ready for some real nightlife, the Palazzo has Double Helix, a vast wine and whiskey bar with an unbeatable list of spirits to choose from. There’s also the Lounge at SUSHISAMBA, where drama meets decadence and DJs play the latest house music, as well as Japanese and Brazilian tunes to match the international menu of SUSHISAMBA, the restaurant that’s located just next door.

For those who are searching for something to wear on their big night out in Vegas or simply looking for a keepsake to remember their trip by, the Grand Canal Shoppes in the Venetian have just the ticket. There’s a great selection of shops with familiar names, as well as a number that you’ll only find here, so it’s the perfect spot to load up on unique goodies and gift items for the people that you left back home. There are also stores scattered throughout Palazzo for both necessities and luxuries, so you never have to leave the premises in order to find something special. In fact, after a brief stay at the Palazzo Las Vegas, you may just come to the realization that you never want to leave this luxury all-suite resort ever again.

Hotel Reviews

Palazzo Las Vegas

The Palazzo is an all-suites hotel in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip and you can see its location on L.V. Boulevard on Google Maps. Built in 2007 and owned by the Las Vegas Sands Corporation, it conjoins the Venetian and the two are generally operated as one resort. The two hotels share the high-end designer shopping mall called Grand Canal Shoppes, and they share a suite of fine restaurants as well.

You could say this resort has a “theme,” but this theme happens to be of the classic architecture and art of Europe, so it actually focuses on beauty, as the Wynn does. Its design is derived from older eras but expressed in modern style.

Suites at Palazzo Las Vegas

Exclusivity and supreme elegance are the motifs here. If you’ve got the spondulicks — the lire, the greenbacks — you might choose to book reservations using Prestige, a special group of services which provides a separate hotel entrance apart from the general public, private registration desk, private lounge on the 23rd floor, better amenities and complimentary wine in your room, and other touches including someone to play piano for guests.

The looks of the various plush quarters are great to see. Here are all the types of suites available:
Luxury Suite — with a sumptuous King Bed. Divided lounge area with velvet sectional couches, marble details and vanity bench at foot of bed. Attractive vases of flowers here and there, as found in all the suites.
Bella Suite — 2 Queen Beds, added floor space, velvet sectional couches in lounge area, lovely marble touches at bedside and elsewhere.
Fortuna Suite — 940 square feet, has a sitting area with 2 armchairs in addition to the sectional couch area. Huge marble bathroom with full tub, double vanity, dressing table, large screen TV there too.
Siena Suite — 1,280 square feet and heightened elegance. Marble foyer, powder room, living room with gorgeous furniture in regal brocade and velvets. Dining table and wet bar here as well.
Lago Suite — 1,943 square feet, full dining table for 8. Pick between having a piano or pool table or massage table. The bathroom is kingly with a fantastic jetted tub. One bedroom.
Lago Media Suite — Set up for comfort with a large area to watch films, games, etc. on big HD screen. Again, choice of piano, pool table or massage table. One bedroom.
Lago Two BR Suite — All the above but they’ve fitted 2 bedrooms in it. Fainting couch for reclining in main bedroom. 3 beds total. Two huge bathrooms each with separate walled shower and jetted tub.

The resort has a car museum which is located in the Del Toro Restaurant. Its other main attraction is its shopping. Of course, it has the fantastic dining and night life big Vegas requires.
